A Wedding Song for the King

3 Gird thy sword upon thy thigh, O most mighty, with thy gloryGlory: כָּבוֹד (Kavod). The Hebrew kavod (כָּבוֹד) literally means 'weight' or 'heaviness,' metaphorically denoting glory, honor, or majesty. 6 Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: the sceptre of thy kingdomKingdom: מַלְכוּת (Malkhut). The Hebrew malkhut (מַלְכוּת) denotes kingdom or royal rule—the realm and reign of a king.
