But because the LORD loved you, and because he would keep the oath which he had sworn unto your fathers, hath the LORD brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you out of the house of bondmen, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt.
I prayed therefore unto the LORD, and said, O Lord GOD, destroy not thy people and thine inheritance, which thou hast redeemed through thy greatness, which thou hast brought forth out of Egypt with a mighty hand.
And that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death; because he hath spoken to turn you away from the LORD your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed you out of the house of bondage, to thrust thee out of the way which the LORD thy God commanded thee to walk in. Redeem Israel, O God, out of all his troubles.
But as for me, I will walk in mine integrity: redeem me, and be merciful unto me.
Into thine hand I commit my spirit: thou hast redeemed me, O LORD God of truth.
The LORD redeemeth the soul of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate.
Arise for our help, and redeem us for thy mercies' sake.
