2 Then the twelve called the multitude of the disciples unto them, and said, It is not reason that we should leave the wordWord: λόγος (Logos). The Greek Logos (Λόγος) means word, reason, or message—the rational principle underlying reality. 3 Wherefore, brethren, look ye out among you seven men of honest report, full of the HolyHoly: ἅγιος (Hagios). The Greek hagios (ἅγιος) denotes holiness—moral purity and separation unto God. 10 And they were not able to resist the wisdom and the spiritSpirit: πνεῦμα (Pneuma). The Greek pneuma (πνεῦμα) means spirit, wind, or breath—the immaterial aspect of persons. 13 And set up false witnesses, which said, This man ceaseth not to speak blasphemous words against this holyHoly: ἅγιος (Hagios).
