ContentmentJoy in Trials
My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;
God calls us to find joy not despite our trials, but because of what He accomplishes through them.
James challenges our natural response to difficulty by urging us to count trials as joy. This isn't denying pain or pretending hardship doesn't hurt, but recognizing that God uses trials to develop perseverance and spiritual maturity. When we embrace this perspective, we can be grateful even for challenges because we trust God's refining work in our lives.

Lord, give me grace to see my trials through Your eyes. Help me trust that You are working all things for my good and Your glory. Amen.
