So then, brethren, we are not children of the bondwoman, but of the free.

Paul contrasts two ways of relating to God—through slavery to the law or through the freedom of promise. As believers, we are children of promise, born free through God's grace. Our spiritual DNA is freedom, not bondage. We must live according to our true identity.

Reject any mentality of spiritual slavery today and embrace your identity as a child of the free woman.
Prayer
Father, thank You that I am a child of promise, not of slavery. Help me live in the freedom of my true identity in Christ. Amen.
