JoyJoyful Noise to God
Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise.
The psalmist calls all the earth to explosive, uninhibited celebration of God's mighty deeds.
Worship involves our whole being—voices shouting, bursting into song, making music together. This isn't quiet, reserved religion but exuberant praise matching the magnitude of God's works. During Advent, we celebrate the ultimate act of God: entering His creation as one of us. Such a miracle deserves our most joyful response.
