Love with Knowledge

And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment;

Philippians 1:9

True Christian love grows deeper through increasing knowledge and discernment.

Paul prays that love would abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight. Love without knowledge can be misguided or enabling. Love combined with spiritual discernment becomes truly effective, knowing how to help others, when to confront, and when to show mercy.

Ask God to deepen your love for others today through greater understanding of their needs and His will for them.

Prayer

Father, let my love abound in knowledge and discernment. Help me love others wisely and according to Your truth. Amen.
