Biography
The tenth son of Jacob and the sixth son of Leah, Zebulun was the last son Leah bore to Jacob. His name means 'dwelling' or 'honor.' Leah hoped that Jacob would honor her for bearing six sons. His descendants settled in a territory that included important trade routes.
The tribe of Zebulun's territory was blessed with commerce and included the region where Jesus grew up and began His ministry.
